St. Barth

We've arrived in the Caribbean a week ago visiting in turn the islands of St. Kitts, Nnevis, St. Eustatius, Montserrat and now St. Barth.  John and I can finally relax for a while here on our favorite island chilling for 10 days at the beautiful villa of my oldest friend and high school roommate, Gary Bahre.

Yesterday afternoon another great friend, Jared Underwood, arrived.  We've already settled into a mindless routine of breakfast - gym - lunch - cardio- nap - dinner - gaze at the stars - sleep.

It's important to be diligent about hitting the gym here, because St. Barth probably has more gourmet restaurants per capita than anywhere else on Earth.  John and I virtually have to where horse blinders every time we go into the jewel-like capital of Gustavia because the pastry shops are an irresistible lure for unrepentant chocoholics like us.
